Aah-Men!
Men.....don't you just love them?! Well, maybe not if your experience has not been positive. Fathers, ex-husbands, current lovers: you feel hurt, afraid, bewildered, or just plain mad. Those feelings turn into resentment, affecting your physical/mental/emotional health and subsequent relationships. We'll look at forgiveness (for you and your men - the first step in releasing the past and its inherent resentment), anger, letting go, self-esteem and ways to beautify your surroundings. Reiki Workshops
Reiki Workshops are offered all year round - call me to schedule yours! I often find that students benefit from one-on-one teaching, therefore you are free to choose your own dates. However, you are welcome to bring your friends and receive a discount.
Reiki Level I - This is taught over two days: learn the skills of a healer, self-care, uses for Reiki, benefits to giver and receiver, hand placements, and the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the recipient. Many people take level I because they want to learn to use it on family, friends, and pets. You will receive a manual and certificate. Fee: $150.
Reiki Level II - This is taught over two days: we will review Level I (in greater depth if you were taught elsewhere); look at the Chakra system, the emotional aspects of healing, and distance healing. You will receive a manual and certificate. Fee: $200.
Reiki Master/Teacher Level: This is taught over four-and-a-half days: we will cover the three levels and how to teach them. Along with your certificate, you will receive a manual which provides a comprehensive selection of tools for practicing and teaching. Fee: $750.
Refresher Courses: These are offered for those who took Reiki training in the past but feel they need to refresh their skills to gain confidence and knowledge. Levels I and II will take one day each, and Master/Teacher Level two days. Fees are half those stated above, and manuals and certificates will be provided.
Reiki I for Lovers: This is a two-day course for couples who want to enhance their togetherness as they learn to practice this ancient healing art on each other. Manuals and certificates will be provided. Fee: $275 per couple.
Couples in Harmony
This workshop is offered on an on-going basis - phone or e-mail me to book two days of relationship-enhancement! Do you want to make a good relationship great, communicate with your partner but can't, turn things around before it's too late, or prepare for your wedding? This course is for you! Learn about the essential traits of couples who thrive, boundaries, values, intimacy and commitment. Discover your obstacles and your beliefs around marriage. Communicate: listen, script your needs, express your feelings, problem-solve and negotiate. Are you defensive by nature, argumentative, controlling? Let's help you through these minefields. Realize your potential and increase the quality of your life together. Love is a decision, and one that you can make. This course was designed for couples at any stage of their relationship, but it is ideal for those seeking a pre-marriage programme - I will provide a certificate on request. Fee: $275 per couple.
